New Client FAQs & Forms

Thank you for expressing your interest in Level Up Basketball & Mentoring. We are proud to offer a range of programs including evening group training, after-school programs, specialized clinics & events, Saturday training series, and virtual programs/mentoring.

 

Our evening program is available year-round  and is held Tuesday thru Fridays in Montgomery County. Our beginner session begins at 6:30pm and our Intermediate session begins at 7:30pm.

For new clients, we offer ONE complimentary trial session to experience our evening group training before committing to registration.
